An “accredited investor” is defined as an individual with a net worth of more than $1 million dollars or a minimum annual individual income of $200,000.
Pioneer Capital Fund, lc is a private equity firm for investment grade real estate. We conduct due diligence on real estate investments and then if approved we sponsor and raise capital from angel investors. Our process of raising capital is similar to crowdfunding and a blend of traditional mortgage lending and angel investing. We give angel investors the ability to invest small amounts of capital into specific transactions requiring funding. The concept is similar to peer to peer lending where the investor chooses where the funds go and receives a debt instrument in return for his investment.
